In EL SABOR DE OAXACA, we have selected those coffee growers who live in harmony with the land and nature. Coffee growers who cultivate and process their coffee organically. We have selected high grown coffee from Oaxaca, Chiapas and Veracruz ( Southeast of Mexico ).

These areas have the necessary characteristics for obtaining the best coffee in flavor, body , aroma and acidity.

Our selection of coffee is always from de same coffee growing regions in order to guarantee you the same coffee growing regions in order to guarantee you the highest and best quality coffee all year round.

In EL SABOR DE OAXACA we offer our clients a coffee that has been ideally roasted in small quantities. By roasting our coffee daily we can assure you of a fresh cup of coffee. Moreover we use packaging that preserves the qualities of our coffee for the maximum time. Our Coffee is exported to merchants in Holland, Germany, England, Denmark and Japan.

 
 
Organic Coffee
 
 
Organic Coffee is an increasingly popular option for environment and health conscious consumers. It is also a positive alternative for small growers methods, and the use of biological pest controls, can avoid depleting or contaminating the land that sustains them. At the same time, careful control and cultivation guarantee good yields and a high quality product.

Our organic coffee from Chiapas are certified by Naturland. Official certification assures the consumer that the coffee in the cup hass been nourished and grown without chemical fertilizer or pesticides.

 
 

PROCESSING

The process of converting coffee from a ripe, red bean on the bush to it's preparation in the cup takes it through many stages. First is the wet method processing, wich includes depulping, fermenting, washing draining and drying.

Next the beans pass through a dry method processing plant that separates the impuritiess, and shells, classifies, and polish the coffee beans. The last stage includes the better known step as of roasting, grinding and blending the coffee.
