The idea of opening an Italian Restaurant, is born after several reunions, and the personal taste of Mr. Noltenius for this type of food. They both really enjoy sharing and becoming the perfect hostess. This is how Trattoria di Axixic is born, a place that has a complete bar to have a drink by your self, or in a private exclusive romantic place, at the end of the restaurant between two chimineas, specially made for couples to enjoy our delicious pastas and pizzas with a glass of wine. Singing birds in a huge cage and some parrots are part of the sonority of the place, as well as piano music that pleases the national and international clients that gather here. |

On the evening, the place becomes a family place where kids enjoy a delicious pizza slice, however as the evening becomes night, it transforms in to a space for couples and groups of friends. Fridays starting at 8:00pm everything seems to become a big karaoke with the performance of improvised singers. Pasta is the specialty of the house, however, according to Mrs. Sanchez, Pizza is the best seller thanks to the variety in styles. All of the dishes are prepared at that very same time that you order, to guarantee freshness. There are different types of wines from different parts of the world, Chile, Spain, Italy, France and National.
